Spacious, soft beds, large space, clean bathroom, quiet relaxing atmosphere. We loved staying here and would not hesitate to stay here again! "

"The rooms themselves are really clean but the toilet and bathroom area in the lobby is flooded / gross which really sucks for anyone not checking in immediately :("

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was made to order eggs and crepes as well as a pho noodle option. I usually had an omelette and/or a banana crepe with chocolate sauce. Both were very good. The pool was very nice and we enjoyed cooking off after a hot day touristing. I missed having a safe and fridge in the room. The room had a musty smell that was improved with new bedding. Our “mountain view” room was right up against the rock face so maybe that created a dampness. Our shower was a wet room with the shower in the middle between the toilet and the sink, so most of the floor was wet water a shower."

"The stay was exceptional. I’ve never seen natural beauty like this in my life. I truly enjoyed the hotel and Ninh Binh and cannot wait to be back. The only recommendation I have is the service was on the slow side. While at the poolside, we’d order food and drinks and it sometimes took up to 30-35 mins to have the items delivered.., same for dinner. Other than that everything was great"
