Wonderful US Arts and Crafts building: the public rooms and the bedroom very beautiful. Very spacious bedroom and very comfortable bed. Staff very friendly, and the meal at the restaurant was very high quality. Surrounded by the other Arts and Crafts buildings from the community set up by Elbert Hubbard in 1895 after visiting England and meeting William Morris. Excellent stay. Well made breakfast. Super clean

The best location for the falls (and also good for the walk to the Canadian side). Staff were incredibly helpful and the restaurant was the best in the area by far. A wonderful stay and we’d wholly recommend!

From our arrival until our departure we felt welcome! The property was both charming and inviting, the staff were lovely, we both were made feel totally at ease from start to finish! This is a great place to stay! We admittedly had a brief but enjoyable stay because we were catching a midnight train, so if I had a tiny comment to make it would be that the room we stayed in would benefit from curtains or something to cut down the light , as sleeping during the day would have been easier...

We were greeted with a smile and lots of energy for a Bills game day experience, most staff had their jerseys on and were really excitable for the game. We couldn’t have been made more welcome!

We enjoyed the friendly staff, especially Andrea and the recommendations the staff gave us for eating out. Breakfast was very good with fresh waffles on tap, which my daughter enjoyed! And nothing was too much trouble. Family room which consisted of 2 x Queen size beds was huge in comparison to other hotels with coffee/tea facilities (being British you have to have tea facilities) plus microwave and fridge. Plenty of white towels and nice quality which is always a positive especially when girls...

Stayed at this hotel while on an American road trip. Very convenient for Niagara Falls (about 30 minute drive) and surrounding area. Lockport also seemed nice and better to be a little away from the overly touristy Niagara Falls city. Hotel clean and comfortable with staff friendly and helpful. Coffee available in the morning although no breakfast option. Hotel is close to shops and restaurants. Room large enough for 3 adults. Easy parking at the hotel. Good value for money. Great hotel

While I only stayed one night. I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and want to help. It is also extremely close to the maid of the mist and all the fun! When I arrived, there was a queue of 4 people and the manager rushed out to speed the process up. The staff also aided me with recommendations for food and the best place to watch the fireworks. The only two negatives I could pull was that parking was $15 a day, but this was still cheaper than the closest car park. As well...
