5 stars is not enough…….fantastic host, great stay, in all respects…..would recommend in a heartbeat

The best location for the falls (and also good for the walk to the Canadian side). Staff were incredibly helpful and the restaurant was the best in the area by far. A wonderful stay and we’d wholly recommend!

While I only stayed one night. I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and want to help. It is also extremely close to the maid of the mist and all the fun! When I arrived, there was a queue of 4 people and the manager rushed out to speed the process up. The staff also aided me with recommendations for food and the best place to watch the fireworks. The only two negatives I could pull was that parking was $15 a day, but this was still cheaper than the closest car park. As well...

Great hotel

Stayed at this hotel while on an American road trip. Very convenient for Niagara Falls (about 30 minute drive) and surrounding area. Lockport also seemed nice and better to be a little away from the overly touristy Niagara Falls city. Hotel clean and comfortable with staff friendly and helpful. Coffee available in the morning although no breakfast option. Hotel is close to shops and restaurants. Room large enough for 3 adults. Easy parking at the hotel. Good value for money. Room was clean and well maintained. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was average.

Overall great

Love the breakfast choice.

Lovely staff, spotless and comfortable hotel in a perfect waterfront location. Wonderful - and would definitely come back!

We only stayed two nights and i wish it could have been more. Super comfortable beds, quiet room, great choices at breakfast and very helpful staff throughout the hotel. Location wise, it was perfect. Not in the centre, and not far out, with just the right walking distance to the falls, the centre and the rainbow bridge to cross into Canada.

Hotel near main roads for easy access. Parking on-site. Room clean and spacious; staff friendly. Breakfast - continental style buffet with good choice. Pool small but clean. Dining options were a short drive away.

Good value for money budget hotel. Staff pleasant. Good range of US options at breakfast.
