The room was in terrible condition. There were holes in the walls, baseboards missing, carpet missing, one bed was terrible old and saggy, the bathroom floor tile cracked, bathtub was all chipped. The room was musty, my husband and daughter were sick from the mold. We tried to get our money back, but the staff was uncooperative and rude. I recommend going any where else.

Very dirty property and rude staff. They charged me over $300 for a room when the promised price was $79. Never going back here ever again.

Overall the room was fine but was the most average and highest priced for our trip. Drab decor. Does have fridge and microwave in room. No in room coffee or hairdryer. No outlet locations near bed and bedside lamp didn’t work. Several outlets near sink. No alarm clock. Have to pay to park. Good location if want to walk to falls and surrounding attractions.

I will probably never come back here or let anyone else from my friends or family come here, when I checked in, they asked me how many people I said only one and it’s me, and I had my friend came over to say hi cause I was visiting Niagara. The manager came banging on my door, telling me to ask my friend to leave and my friend already paid for the parking and he wants my friend to leave if he don’t, he will call the police on me.!! I’m like what the actual F! What type of service is this?! I sincerely never had this type of experience before and I do not recommend anyone to come here. This is Family business and they’re not professional their Indians. What do you expect?! Do you know what’s funny before that incident one of the other staff ((accidentally)) opened my door while I’m in the room trying to give it to someone else I was so shocked I did not even say anything like how can you not know that this room is already checked!!! I swear they are so close from getting me to file a lawsuit let alone they took more money for the deposit because I decided to give them cash !! Shady business do not come here !

The staff here is incredible. A no frills hotel but for the price you get you get a huge room, it is safe, and very convenient in terms of location to everything in Niagara Falls.

The customer service was awful. There was no heat in the rooms and the staff was unresponsive. The rooms were not clean and smelt horrible. I will select give a zero stars to this inn if there was option. Will not recommend. Better to sleep in car than this place.
