The ladies working the front desk was very helpful. It made up for the issues with the room. Someone had put a red ball down the drain which made the water go out slow. They called a plumber and issue was fixed.

I was very skeptical about this hotel stay after reading all the reviews. But after checking in with friendly and helpful staff all my worries were eased. This is in a good spot. Walking distance to everything. Across the street from Whole Foods was a plus for us. Not sure what is up with the phone service not working but it’s legit.
