It was a complete scam. I paid for a king-size bed and a double sofa bed for a three-night stay. However, upon arrival, the front desk gave us a downsized room without a sofa bed. When I confronted them, they callously claimed they didn't have such rooms and dismissed any responsibility, insisting I contact Expedia. Even when I requested to speak to the manager, the person I was speaking to claimed to be the manager. Despite promising to rectify the situation for the second night, they failed to deliver, leaving us without the proper room once again. It took a grueling seven hours of negotiation with Expedia to finally secure the room I originally paid for. This nightmare not only ruined our trip but also my graduation ceremony. Their attitude throughout was abhorrent, making it the worst experience imaginable.
