Our stay here was amazing. The staff were amazing. The room was a corner room, while not large was perfect for two people, never felt as if we were cramped. Harry was great remembering small details and greeting us.

Great location. Close to subway stations and major attractions. Staff were amazing. Gave us a complimentary bottle of red wine at check in when we told them why we were in NYC (25th wedding anniversary). They also accommodated my request of a room change for a better view. Original room was a view of a building wall. The view was much better in the second room.

We were celebrating my husbands 60th b-day and they graciously upgraded our room with a beautiful view. They also sent up a nice bottle of red and desert! Every staff person that we interacted with was pleasant and helpful. All in all, Wonderful hotel.

Excellent hotel for a get away. The staff was amazing, Harry at the concierge desk was extremely helpful and accommodating. My room was spacious, clean and quiet. I recommend the Terrazzo for morning coffee, I did not stop by until my last morning. Steps from Fifth Avenue, across the street from the NY Public Library, Whole Foods a block away if you need something. Walked to the theater. Highly recommend!

Bryant Park is a great spot to relax and hosts events every day. Location is close to theatres while being on a relatively quiet street. Lots of food options nearby. Clean, comfortable room.
