It was not disclosed the property had construction going on in the lobby, the rooms were not as clean as you’d expect based off the price per night.. Rooms are pretty small, and the sofa bed is not a bed, it’s just a sofa…

The hotel was under renovation during my stay. The general use areas, such as the lobby and breakfast area were not accessible. Rooftop restaurant/bar not open. Only one elevator in service, which resulted in long waits. My room was fine, but cleaning not available because of the renovation activities. The staff was great. I think the hotel should have notified us about the renovation work, and offered us something for staying during renovation. I liked the area, very walkable in the flower district.

Unfortunately, they were under construction, and Expedia did not inform you of that so all the pictures that you see on their site are just not so The rooftop area was not very clean and the furniture was very old and just not inviting Only one elevator working Which caused you at the busy times to wait quite a while in a hallway that had no air conditioning I have been having quite some trouble with Expedia with what they show on their website and what I experience I spend quite a bit of time reviewing and looking at hotels and their amenities and either I don’t receive the right room or I go to a hotel. That is absolutely nothing like the pictures. I think Expedia should be responsible for what they are selling, and they owe me some restitution on this place, after all the price was quite high to deal with anything like that PS you also do not get any room service unless you were there for more than three days but they claim they will accommodate you in anyway they can just let them know

The property looked like it was undergoing some type of renovation so there was a lot equipment and supplies everywhere (understandable). But the room itself was not in great shape. Clean sheets on the bed but everything else looked old and dirty. Splatter on the bathroom walls, dirty sink...and the toiled seat cover fell off. There was also a drilling sound at 9am that rattled the entire room.
