The pool is amazing, the breakfast is wonderful and most of all the staff at the hotel are the best. The customer service in this place always goes above expectations. "The hotel is over all good but the things can be better. The menu in the restaurant is limited. It doesn't serve stuffed Parathas, almond and wall nut in breakfast. It doesn't show any business channel on TV. Staff is good and caring at all touch points. "

"Great location for a short stay while visiting Kolkata. Staff are very attentive and helpful. Breakfast items were great. Room was fine as expected. Only thing I would like to mention is the lack of exchanging currency at the hoyel for foreign travelers especially when all airports kiosks are shut down. Since smaller bills are needed on a daily basis since foreigners cant use G-pay either, would be thoughtful if the hotel kept some handy. "
