"The common areas looked a little worn and outdated. More outlets near the bed would be helpful. The room cleaning was about 7.5:10. There were crumbs on the chair and a hair in the shower area. But the bed was very comfortable and the bedding very cozy."

"I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The hotel room was dirty, poorly maintained, and nothing like the photos online. The bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom was not cleaned properly, and there was noise all night. Staff were unhelpful when I brought up concerns, and overall the experience was not worth the money. I would not recommend staying here."

"Beautiful hotel, fantastic restaurant on site "Siena". Room was beautiful but TV did NOT work, kept tuning out and staff not able to fix. Would be great if they offered daily breakfast not just weekends. Lobby is lovely, staff is very attentive!"
