Stayed here for two nights. Right next to airport and shangumugam beach. The staff was polite and friendly. The rooms were huge and comfortable. Could have done some universal plug sockets. Food is good and breakfast buffet is quite filling. The pool is nice. They are impacted by the statewide prohibition hence no wines or spirits.

Really friendly staff - you feel that your comfort is their number 1 concern. Room is just like the picture, it is spacious and really comfortable. The food is very nice and very reasonably priced. The location is excellent too with shops, sights and good restaurants within walking distance. There is no bar, which is a slight shame, but it appears that will be addressed soon.

Efficient staff, who do everything to make the stay right. Pleasant and spacious rooms in excellent condition. Good room service, laundry service. I would not hesitate to stay again

Dr Rajan could not have been more helpful. Arranging transport for us from the airport (excellent driver) a home cooked meal on arrival and arranging a trip and massages for us. The apartments are clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. I would certainly stay there again.

We had a great Onam getaway at Gokulam Grand. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The sadya was excellent. Special mention goes to Sangeetha, Nandana, Akash, Aditya and Onam sadya team. The rooftop bar has a great view. The food was delicious. Overall a grand experience and shall definitely recommend.

It was a one night stay before a flight. The check in was quick (but 2 forms to fill in!); the room spacious and comfortable with efficient cooling. The lift played Brahms’ lullaby. There is a small swimming pool which I enjoyed a couple of times, which seemed seldom used, but a real pleasure. It’s located off some main road and easy to get places. I had my best night’s sleep in 8 days in India and that was most welcome. Breakfast was straightforward and simple. It is in many ways like any other...

If kettle and tea supplies had been placed it would been the best budget room.Old tv should have been changed after renovation.

This was my first stay at this property. The location is terrific for meetings in central Trivandrum. The property itself is great for a business traveller. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of both local and national favourites. The staff were unremittingly friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend.

I additin to excellent services and facilities, and the helpful staff, i must mentiion the fabulous food - buffet style, fish restaurant at waters edge, and the heritage, regional specialty restaurant called Curries. outstanding.

The staff were excellent and made us feel comfortable as well as organising some great experiences. The room was lovely and the location adjacent to a pretty much private beach is exceptional.
