Stayed here for two nights. Right next to airport and shangumugam beach. The staff was polite and friendly. The rooms were huge and comfortable. Could have done some universal plug sockets. Food is good and breakfast buffet is quite filling. The pool is nice. They are impacted by the statewide prohibition hence no wines or spirits.

Beautiful, clean room and the best fish curry I’ve ever eaten

We had a great Onam getaway at Gokulam Grand. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The sadya was excellent. Special mention goes to Sangeetha, Nandana, Akash, Aditya and Onam sadya team. The rooftop bar has a great view. The food was delicious. Overall a grand experience and shall definitely recommend.

Really friendly staff - you feel that your comfort is their number 1 concern. Room is just like the picture, it is spacious and really comfortable. The food is very nice and very reasonably priced. The location is excellent too with shops, sights and good restaurants within walking distance. There is no bar, which is a slight shame, but it appears that will be addressed soon.

Absolutely stunning hotel, every detail has been thought through from the gardens to the choice of furnishings. Tranquil setting with extremely attentive staff.

This was my first stay at this property. The location is terrific for meetings in central Trivandrum. The property itself is great for a business traveller. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of both local and national favourites. The staff were unremittingly friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend.

I additin to excellent services and facilities, and the helpful staff, i must mentiion the fabulous food - buffet style, fish restaurant at waters edge, and the heritage, regional specialty restaurant called Curries. outstanding.

this was a family holiday-a first time visit to Kerela this hotel far exceeded our expectations I cannot raise a single flaw staff humble kind and honest we have to give specific mention to Santosh who was the hotel driver he was brilliant! A lovely location with beautiful landscaped grounds. The food is excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful. We have stayed here before, and it was certainly worth returning to. The local village of Chowara has no real "tourist" facilities, so if you need more life and choice of eating venues, you have to go to Kovolam which is about 20 mins away by tuk tuk (4-500 rupees).
