This hotel is more like a resort. The rooms are the biggest in size across all 5 star hotels & resorts I have stayed at. At this price, this place is the best. For the 1st time I stayed in a hotel room with a private heated swimming pool. Awesome experience....!!! The service is also very fast & excellent food. This room had the best & the most effective airconditioning I have ever seen having stayed across several 5star properties in India. Overall experience was excellent.

Overall, I would say that Taj was the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. The atmosphere, the building and the service was simply impeccable. Most importantly, was the room service, led by Mr Nawab Singh, who was ever so accommodating, welcoming and simply a gentleman. Would love to visit again.

The property has a top location and superb staff . The hotel rooms are very well appointed , and high class all the way . The club room lounge was absolutely outstanding and worth the cost . If you have more more money than sense and want to be obscenely pampered, then this is the place for you. If you want to spend a voyeuristic day looking at the opulence of the place and the at the over indulged guests, many of whom do not seem to have any idea how bizarre it all is, then this is the place for you. ...

Bit far from anything but probably the best value hotel in Delhi. Food in three restaurants is excellent. Can get a little noisy as weddings are held in surrounding facilities. As a reward, you can see several Indian wedding ceremonies from the height of your room or walk along the road and see up to fife weddings simultaneously. Good chance you get invited. Very well maintained property with tempered pool and all facilities one could wish for.

There was a situation in my room on arrival. This was promptly dealt with. The management team were so apologetic & did everything to make amends. The Aloft hotel aerocity is a great hotel to stay. Very clean, safe, 5 minutes walk from worldmark . Staff are very hospitable. Restaurant is very spacious, great selection of food and the staff in restaurant are very hospitable.

When we spoke to reception about it the following morning we were immediately moved room to a better room at the back (201) without any question or argument. The hotel is in a very narrow alleyway in Old Delhi, cars cannot get to the hotel but staff were very helpful carrying our bags to the taxi. Don't let the location put you off as it's a really interesting area wandering down the little...
