"Good hotel, but no luxury of 5 stars"

"Great location"

"Good location!"

"Honestly this place is a health hazard."

"Clean room and dinner was good. The staff were helpful and efficient. Good general location for dinning and shopping."

"The Spa was amazing"

"Room was cramped. Bathroom shower space was very small. Hand/face towels, washroom slippers were not provided. Breakfast spread was stupendous and well worth the cost. Very good sleep quality. Spotless cleanliness. Fantastic location."

"A very good mid-market hotel with a great location near Connaught Place Shopping Center and restaurants. The hotel is undergoing renovation so it’s difficult to accurately gauge the cleanliness and dust factor. The staff were always helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room was large enough. Great shower. Closets could use replacing."

"Good location "

"Not good"

"Greta rooms and location. "

"Room was clean "

"the staff was really terrible and rude, the room which was shown online was completely different than given to us, very small, dirty, no basic amenities including bath/hand towel, soap etc, worst room of all i had been to so far. I won't recommend this property at all to anyone. "

"Except for location, this hotel has nothing to really feel good about. Bathroom is shaken. Mattress is poor, dtaff are ignorant and practically its a noisy hotel by their own people running arpund. I was deeply disappointed. Robably would never go back. "
