"The rooms were nice and clean, any issues the hotel resolved. The staff were friendly and professional. This was second time we stayed and was not disappointed. "Rooms are awesome with courteous staff . There is a negative point is it’s entrance of hotel is from parking area on 2nd floor where hotel is located. No one in Ludhiana can beat the rooms ,but if hotel improves it’s entrance , it would be cherry on cake."
