The breakfast buffet is excellent with lots of choice of Indian and western items. There is also a nice shopping mall right next to the hotel where you can spend some time looking for clothes and other items. I’d definitely stay at this Hyatt again. "

"The Ramada can be proud of their warm and welcoming staff. The food was outstanding and the stay was most enjoyable. The pool and gym facilities were also very good. One suggestion would be weekly maintenance inspections to assure the room amenities are in working order. We found that the towel racks were loose from the wall and the tub leaked in one of our rooms and was missing the knob to select the tub."

"A really good hotel in the area, probably the best around Phagwara. It has all the facilities for a four star with nice clean bedrooms, gym and swimming pool. The grounds are very pleasant. The restaurant was really good with a very comfortable layout and seating. The food choice and taste was impressive and the staff serving were the ‘icing on the cake’. We were served by Tanasha and she was excellent and really helpful. She went out of her way to assist. "
