"Terrible experience at Radisson Hotel. During the rain, water was leaking through the windows in Room 312—completely unacceptable. Instead of changing our room, they sent someone to just mop the water like it was normal. The room was a mess and clearly not maintained. We called reception three times for luggage assistance and no one showed up. Then, despite being told the night before that checkout was 1:30 PM, we got a call at 12:30 PM forcing us to leave early. No apology, no accountability, no effort to fix the situation. I expect a proper compensation. Avoid this place."

Loved the overall service of staff We also got a spa which was very relaxing Only thing which got me disappointed that we could not enjoy pool. There was a wedding going on same day, due to which we were not allowed to go to pool area. I had confirmed the pool timings from staff a day before, and they didn’t tell anything like this, otherwise I could have gone to pool a day before"
