"Staff was absolutely rude when I came in to check in. Got to the room and there was roaches and cobwebs everywhere. The floors had dorta and food and grim on them and under the fridge and and under the microwave there as a layer of sticky stuff and food and roaches came running out when we moved them. Has book another room at another hotel and they said they will confirm a refund and now they won't answer the phone. "

"We were disappointed in the breakfast. The photos and description were not at all correct. We went early and there was not much for choices and what they did have was low. Breads, muffins, bagels, etc were out. Fruit was out. The food that was cooked wasn't good. Water and juices were running out. We were put in a handicapped room and did not need a handicap room. The mattress is needing to be replaced and the pillows were awful. "

"When I checked in I asked for a ground floor which was not available, but was told that the second floor was available. I said ok but requested a room away from the elevator and was told that we had to take the next available. When we stepped off the elevator, our room was directly across from the elevator. Once in the room the A/C was warm so I went to turn it down and could not read the display because it was too dim( needed a battery) I asked for maint. to come up but was told there was no one on site. The same clerk came up and looked at the display and could not read it but said to turn it up if cold and down if hot??? Duh!! I said I wanted to set it and forget it. It took two days to control it. Commode lid was too loose to sit on so I went to my truck and got my own tools to tighten it. The walls are paper thin and you can hear people above you walking all night. Will never stay there again."

"I’m not sure our room was cleaned and set up correctly before we arrived. We had a room with two queen beds and there were 5 total pillows, one of the drawers was left open—which was just weird, and a used bar of soap in the shower. The next day we were gone all day and when we came back to the room nothing had been touched— as in no fresh towels, no beds made and to top it all off our rooms phone was disconnected and did not work. Plus it was labeled for a different room than the one we were in. "
