"The room had old repairs, has not been updated, and a bad mattress, vinyl planks that were warped, and had an inch in between them. The cleaning didn’t remove any garbage. The AC worked good after I plugged it in. The ac system was old school and the control panel on the wall wasn’t connected. I would suggest spending a bit more. "
