"Walking into the place seems nice. However, don’t get fulled when you go to the rooms. The room was smelly and nasty. Basically the inside was all ghetto."

"The exterior premises as well as the room seem to be up-to-date and well kept up. The room came with a nice size refrigerator and a microwave. I only wish that it came with a coffee maker. Do the best of my knowledge there is nowhere on site to get coffee, if there is, no one made me aware of it. It’s fairly noisy due to such a Major street in front of the property however, not so noisy. I was not able to sleep. Overall, I found everything clean, the toilet bowl could use a little extra work."

"Breakfast had hot food options which we appreciated, scrambled eggs and some type of sausage each day. Parking seems small but we always found a spot no matter how late we got back. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very spacious and cleaned every day while we were there. Thank you! "

"Dear Hotel Staff, I would like to share my recent experience at your hotel. Unfortunately, it was not a pleasant stay. Around 10:30 pm, we found a cockroach in our room, which made it very uncomfortable for me to sleep. Although we were moved to another room, the situation had already affected our overall experience. I kindly suggest improving cleanliness and paying closer attention to the condition of the rooms. Also, better customer service and care for guests would make a big difference. "We stayed here for one night and had a wonderful experience overall. The location is excellent—very close to Disney, which made everything incredibly convenient. There’s also a restaurant right on the corner where we had a delicious meal, which was a lovely bonus. The staff was kind, attentive, and very helpful throughout our stay, and the property itself was clean and well maintained. The only small inconvenience was that our room was on the second floor, and carrying luggage with children made it a bit challenging. However, this was minor compared to the overall experience. The hotel also offers parking, which is always a plus in this area. Overall, I really enjoyed our stay, would definitely return, and happily recommend it to others."
