Murano is beautiful and peaceful - plenty of restaurants and it is engaging, with its beautiful glass craft. We were transferred free of charge from the airport to the hotel by boat. Beautiful hotel & it's in a great location for Rialto Bridge & St Mark's Square so we would highly recommend. There is a free shuttle bus/water taxi from hotel pier that takes you to Murano where you are shown how they make the Murano glass. You are then shown round a very beautiful but expensive showroom. They then show you to the gift shop if you don't make a purchase but there is no obligation to purchase anything. Only down side to hotel was that you had to pay to go in the spa (€25...

Perfectly situated for easy walking to St Marco's, Rialto and Fondamente Nove. A very good standard of service and furnishings, with a very adequate breakfast buffet to last most of the day! Friendy helpful staff.

Hotel ideally situated close fish market and Rialto bridge on Grand Canal Room and en suite all very modern. LEDs everywhere. Staff very professional and friendly. Towels checked and changed twice a day if necessary. Beds turned down in the evening and news letter and chocolate left. We loved it here a little out of the main drag but not far from anything at all. Bars, restaurants and tourist locations all within walking distance.

This hotel is surprisingly close to the Santa Lucia train station...a walkable distance with cabin bag. The front of the hotel opens out into a busy market area and restaurants, souvenir shops and bars are all around. There are two major waterbus stops a few minutes walk away so very convenient. This hotel is amazing!!!! The refurbishment has been done so well, the location is perfect, it’s so peaceful but so close to everything. We felt so lucky to stay here. Carlos is the bar was superb, I watched him make a drink for another guest and so much effort went into it, he was polite, engaging and attentive. It took me a lot of research to find a good hotel in Venice before I came across Papadopoli Venezia. It had a lot of good reviews and compared to the other hotels, it was very reasonably priced. The hotel is one of the best that I have stayed in! The staff are very friendly and polite.. The placement of the hotel is perfect as it's very close to all the shops and restaurants yet on a quiet peaceful street, the hotel also gave us all the information we needed and arranged a free tour of the glass factory with free transportation! The hotel and gorgeous food and cocktails, the room was stunning and very comfortable I would deffinatly stay there again!

The hotel is in a lovely residential area with good bars and restaurants which are not touristy. You can experience the real Venice here and yet you are close enough to get to the centre.

An amazing stay for our 25th wedding anniversary. The hotel staff could not be more accommodating and we truly felt the 5 star experience here. Sadly, on our anniversary we were not able to stay in our room during the day as they had routine electrical maintenance which meant we could not use any water or power until 4.30pm, which would have been nice to know about before we travelled and before requesting breakfast in our room. But we understand this could not be helped.

This hotel is a real gem. The staff were wonderful and could not be more hopeful. Would certainly recommend Hotel Moresco to anyone wanting to visit Venice and it was so conveniently located for all the sights.

Lovely position on a quiet canal, canal view rooms available which we like to have. Superb location near Piazza San Marco. Rooftop bar lounge area has great views over the rooftops and lots of cover for shade from the Sun. Breakfast buffet is extensive and seems to get better every year, this was our 5th stay in this hotel.
