Excellent experience. Clean and comfortable with a luxurious feel. No staff but assistance was easily available on WhatsApp. Also such a charming location with a lovely restaurant downstairs.

We had a wonderful stay here. I thought it was a brilliant little place with lovely staff. A canal right outside the front door where at times you can watch the boats pass. We arrived late and our key was made available to us well after hours. The people here genuinely like to make u feel comfortable here and as long as his place remains open it will be the place we will be staying at whenever we come to Amsterdam again. It’s the perfect spot in Amsterdam

10/10 hotel. Second time staying here. Rooms are spacious and stunning decor (altho some wear and tear in the rooms). The jet bath is incredible! The breakfast buffet is also great, lots of choices depending on what you fancy. I do think some of the food could be seasoned better but still good. Friendly staff, clean room, efficient check in/out/luggage storage. Convenient connected right to Schiphol airport. Great ambience in the bar to relax for a drink.

Great location, nice views. Walkable distance to nearby shops or a 15 minute drive to centre. Outstanding customer service too 10/10. Highly recommend and will definitely be back ;)

The most helpful aspect was the half hourly included shuttle service to the airport which started early and kept going until almost midnight. Very friendly drivers.

Lovely room and great leisure facilities

Our stay at Jazz was amazing. Service was great from the moment we arrived and managed to get in our room at 1pm instead of 3pm which is the normal check in time. Room was lovely and clean, great view of the arena and great little adds ons like the use of a speaker provided by the hotel. One night stay for business, but I can easily see travelling back for pleasure at the rate I paid. 10 minutes from the airport by train, and similiar to the centre by Metro...actually it is walkable which is what I did. Super clean, modern hotel with all the amenities you could need.

The best welcome ever, the receptionist a blond lady were super helpful, 10/10 in knowledge, I had to book for the sauna and gym and the girls were super helpful at that time. Very close to Schipol airport and train station which is great for travelling by train during stay. The shuttle service was very reliable and most of the day ran every 15 mins or 30 mins at latest. Drivers helped you with luggage. Having stayed in Amsterdam a few times, this was the best shuttle service for an airport hotel.
