"The hotel itself and staff is great. They are very helpful and professional. The hotel is old but classy and clean. If you are going to use the public transport then this is the right hotel coz this is very close to the Central station. We tried the breakfast buffet and it’s good as well. One thing i noticed is that the surrounding area is very dirty, there’s trash scattered everywhere comparable to some streets in NY. "

"This is a beautiful property in a historic building near the water. The staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us a warm welcome to the hotel. The location is fantastic for connections to the tram and bus lines going to Centraal Station. Breakfast buffet was very good with many options. The rooms and common areas are filled with character, the beds were the most comfortable of our trip. Would definitely stay again!"
