"We stayed for 6 nights. We were offered a drink each for each day that we did not use housekeeping service. Extra towels were available to us. So we had housekeeping 1/2 thru our stay as a contribution to the environment. It was a cool rainy week and our room thermostat was not working. The hotel provided a heater. Two very comfortable twin beds put together, one soft and one firmer mattress. Cozy comforters and pillows. Free delicious breakfast with lots of options. Close proximity to the train, metro, tram and bus station makes getting around so easy. "
