"We really enjoyed our stay and were very happy with the service. The location was perfect for us—close to shops, restaurants, transportation, and many attractions, which made exploring Lisbon easy. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful, and since this was our first visit to Lisbon, they helped make it a great experience. Our room and bathroom were modern, updated, and very clean, with enough space to be comfortable. Having an elevator was a big plus for us, especially being on the 4th floor. We would definitely stay here again, though next time we would like a room facing the street. Totally recommend this hotel!"

"Great location close to all major sightseeing spots. Easy access to public transportation, including the tram to Belém. The hotel is near a metro station and within walking distance of two main train stations. Excellent hospitality and very clean rooms. The hotel is a bit pricey, but the location and service help justify the cost. We booked two rooms—one for my spouse and me, and another for our kids. The kids’ room faced Rua Augusta and was loud, with street noise lasting until around midnight, while our room at the back was very quiet. Tip: Request a back-facing room if you plan to nap during the day or sleep early."
