"When I got into my room there were no towels anywhere in the room when I asked for them it took a whole day for me to finally get some towels. When I turned the shower on the water was brown and not clean. I stayed here 4 nights and 5 days my room was never cleaned and no one even attempted to knock on my door and clean it my whole stay. The breakfast area was a mess the juice machine leaks all over the counter and was never cleaned. The milk dispenser leaks and also gets all over the counter. Just pour up keep of the facility overall. The staff was very kind but that only goes so far."
