Great location, helpful friendly staff, great breakfast and room ok - had everything you would need - great shower, fridge, tv was ok size - for foreign tourists it would be good to have utube app available on the tv

Grand Hotel
The staff were excellent. Very helpful and professional. The rooms and general hotel ambiance were very English colonial. The location was very close to the cruise terminal. The room floor was not clean. The bottom of my feet were dirty from walking barefoot in the room.
