"We did not try the pool, as it was closed. Room was ok. Good size but shower was small and dark. Area was ok not walkable to much but an easy drive. "

"I book with Expedia because taxes and fees are transparent. I got charged $10 +tax to park on the property by the motel. The floor of our room was gritty and our bare feet dirty on the bottom from walking barefoot in the room. The tubes of shower shampoo and soap in the shower were dried out and didn't function. The beds towels coffee frig internet were good Our room had been recently remodeled and had a fabulous 2nd floor picture windows. Location very good "

"Eddie, at reception, was friendly and professional. The rest of the stay was disappointing. The hotel advertises a heated pool which was NOT heated. We were told seasonal fresh fruit would be served at breakfast . There was NO fresh fruit. The room furniture was dirty and smelled musky. There was no air conditioning and opening windows to allow for fresh air was limited to a 4 inch opening. Linens in the bathroom were provided for 2 people (we had 4 in our party). We will NOT stay here again."

"Great central location with a Starbucks across the street. Perfect for business trip and family trip as well. Very close to the aquarium. Wonderful staff. We forgot our laptop with movies on it on checkout and the front desk staff were extremely helpful and looking for it. When they couldn't find it in the room, they said that we were welcome to look for it. We eventually did find it. Really great service and very friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again in the future."

"The room was perfect for our staycation. We got the 2 king suite with jetted two person tub. The rroom was huge with a hige deck perfect for our fur baby. Lots of windows and air flow. Clean room and friendly staff. We will definitely be using this as our go to spot for a getaway close to home. We were close to everything we needed and only 10 min to carmel and cannery row. "
