Most staff very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient and close to the wharf. We were fortunate to find a close parking garage as the only option was valet parking at $40.00. Pillows were well worn/used which made for a fitful nights sleep. The kicker was when I called down to the desk to get the wifi code…I was told that my $350.00 room did not include wifi and would have to purchase a tech bundle! I have never 👎 stayed at any hotel regardless of room rate or location that didn’t have guest wifi!
