"Our room was small but clean and very comfortable. It smelled fresh and had just what we needed for our 2 night stay. There was a small glitch with check in but, that was on Expedia’s side not the hotel’s and management was able to quickly resolve it. A/C worked well and it was easy to connect the tv to our media. Hotel provides toiletries and a hair dryer for added convenience. Coffee wasn’t too bad either. All in all, a good, clean, economical place to stay that is convenient to everything."

"Location was great! Next to the wharf. Service is slow. Front desk staff was hit or miss. I requested a crib ahead of time and confirmed with front desk but it was not in the room even after they said it would be in there already when I checked in. When we got to our room, we waited almost an hour for bell to deliver our bags until I finally went downstairs to the front desk to ask for them. They finally called the bell up. Bell guys were super friendly otherwise. Overall decent stay, nice location. "

"For a suite hotel, the room was not as clean as it could have been. There were hand smudge prints on the walls and furniture was kinda dirty. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Grout was dirty on multiple spots. Unfortunately the elevators were out so 3 flights of stairs, with dry rot on the steps was disappointing to see. Parking garage is very tight, with medium to large vehicles. 400 rooms numbers are on the top level and have the vaulted ceilings, as compared to the lower level suits. Bathroom was the highlight, shower was adequate size. The bath tub was a deep tub so it was nice for soaking. Bed was very soft and comfortable to sleep."

"The room was very nice, the staff was helpful and nice. The hotel was close to the wharf and restaurants. It was strange not having any information about the hotel in the room. The other guests were loud so it was difficult to sleep."
