"Great location. The hotel seemed to be a little older, but, very well-maintained and seem to have been updated recently. We loved our balcony and had a great view. The staff was helpful. The only heads up I would give,, the hotel had mentioned that if we were driving, that we would need a code to let down a barrier so we could get to the hotel. It said to call a phone number. When I did, it was all in Portuguese. In their defense, I did not message them for further details or instructions. I did just drive there to try to figure it out once we were there. It would have been nice if the email had been more detailed. Also, if you were planning on driving, make sure you message them. They can email you or send you a QR code on WhatsApp. You do have to get a new code every day. Otherwise, it was a great stay and loved sintra "

"The room was spotless with king sized bed. AC/heater, and good tv and internet connection. There was a bathroom two steps up including a small enclosed shower and claw foot tub with sink and toilet. All was fresh and clean. There was also a small alcove with a twin bed on the same level as the bath."

"The Chalet is in an excellent location. Very quiet, yet close to many restaurants & shops, and walking distance to main attractions. It’s a beautiful, charming accommodation. Spacious, incredible view of the valley below & castles above. Stunning sunsets. Morning birds singing. The best of everything. The staff were all very kind, gracious & very helpful. I felt well taken care of. Loved every minute, wish I could live there. I highly recommend it!!! Thank you for an amazing stay. My balcony is was large enough for at least 8 people with ample room!! My suite had a large living room area, beautiful bedroom & bathroom, all with very high ceilings, on the second floor. "

"What a beautiful little place. I had read about how difficult parking is in Sintra. We pulled up in front of the hotel where there were four spots sanctioned off. We were told it's OK to park there over night. The hotel was quaint, clean and the staff was beyond hospitable. This hotel is centrally located and you couldn't ask for a better place to stay. "
