"Exquisite hotel - we stayed in a grand level room. Loved the little gifts we got each night (a bottle of liquer, a box of chocolates, a sleep kit, a luggage tag) plus lots of water and discounts. The room itself was huge, very modern and clean. They had thought of everything and positioned everything in the room where you would hope to have it. The only thing that I personally wasn’t so keen on was the glass door connecting the bath and shower to the rest of the room a) because it was see through and b) because my mum walked into it in the middle of the night! But everything else was so perfect, it’s a minor minor point. Staff incredible, The Level food was great and the restaurant was faultless. Was sad to leave!"

"Staff were very nice and the hotel itself very close to the metro so it was super easy to travel to the city. However, you could hear when other room close their door during the night which bothered my sleep. Apart from that, it was a great hotel and trip!"
