"We had a nice stay at 18 Micon Street hotel. The hotel was clean and decorated uniquely. They had a decent selection for breakfast. To me the best part of this hotel was the location. So close to so many dining options and lots of shopping. We were also within walking distance to many of Athens top sites. "

We loved the included breakfast - a super buffet with a great view of the Acropolis. The front desk staff were super helpful and friendly. Don't let the naming and entrance to the hotel through the restaurant dissuade you, however, because the hotel was excellent! Our room was amazing: it was spacious and had a large balcony overlooking the lively pedestrian street below. Even though it was on a busy street, it's easy enough to close out the noise. "Conveniently located for staying and walking to Plaka, Acropolis, Monastiraki. Lots of dining options near by. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. The only downside is the lack of sunlight in the rooms. However, that's not a problem for tourists like me as we are out all day. Super breakfast."

"Our delayed flight arrived at 3am. The staff was there to receive us. The reception is staffed 24 hours. The breakfast room was great! …and the service even better. The views of the Acropolis from the breakfast room were great. This hotel is walking distance from a lot of the main places and attractions. The metro is on Monasteraki square next door and the hop-on-hop-off buses have a stop next to it. My parents had a medical issue and the hotel staff was very quick to get a doctor to see...
