"I would never recommend this location - after staying at the Wynn, Aria, Cosmo I can understand why people don’t like this hotel. Service is bad, lobby Starbucks lady is beyond rude, upgrades are not upgrades but waste of money - rooms are all dated and not clean. Overall hotel lacks everything. If they made up for it with customer service that would be one thing but they don’t even do that and have zero hospitality. I will highly recommend against going to this hotel. "
