"Room did not have hot water for almost 12 hours our first night there. It was difficult getting expedia in touch with the hotel. The number expedia has for the hotel is incorrect. Also, the jacuzzi was the only reason we booked the room. Not only dis we not have hot water but the jacuzzi did not work properly all the time. Bad jets and the jacuzzi had nasty dirty bubbles from the jets. It ended up giving me a uti."

"No signage on the roadway, had a hard time locating the building. Building exterior and interior are in major disrepair, peeling paint, damaged walls, stained carpet. Room was disgusting, bedding was soiled, tops of furniture not clean, marijuana pipe under the night stand, bathroom floor unclean.
