Clean and sweet

A wonderful stay at The Waters Edge. Comfortable and clean room with all the extras you expect and more. Coffee, tea and water available all day. Great choice of breakfast delivered to your door in the morning to eat in your room or on the lovely deck at the back of the hotel overlooking the yachts, the bay and San Fransisco in the distance. Every evening from 5 to 7 your are treated to a selection of wines and cheeses. We loved our stay, it’s a real home from home.

This is a well maintained , refreshed quiet spot for a very comfortable rest. Good mattress, windows that open or AC if you want it. Nice size rooms for all your stuff, good lighting and plugs if you need to work. Nice bits and pieces of thoughtful extras that other big chain hotels are no longer doing. Clearly a small property that is doing well from the hard work being put into it by the family that runs it. I will be staying again!

The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful. The room ( junior suit) was spacious and with all the amenities we need.

Location great, easy reach of Ferry terminal to the city, easy reach of bars, cafes, restaurants, hotel rooms were big with air conditioning. Comfy beds, Sausalito is a beautiful place to spend a few days

Our room was Redwood which is huge and beautifully decorated with a lovely big bed. We loved the wine and cheese at 5ish and the breakfast was delicious. A great place to stay in Sausalito!

Fantastic stay here. We arrived sooner than expected but check in team managed to get us a room straightaway - really helpful and friendly. Big rooms, very clean and great complimentary breakfasts. Also provide free bike hire, free WiFi and plenty of free water bottles available in reception. Microwaves in the room and a selection of microwaveable foods available to buy in reception if you don't want to eat out and save a few dollars. Wanted to avoid staying in San Francisco. The space of the room was excellent and the location for ferry, the drive to Stinson beach, access to city were all fantastic.
