"I had booked 3 double rooms for a ski week. The receptionst (Alex) was extremley helpful and the hotel upgraded our rooms to premium. "Couldn't have a better location; adjacent to old town and downtown. Clean and fragrance-free. No concierge but receptionists were helpful. The room was small but adequate; the bed was wedged between the outside wall and the bathroom wall, so I had to literally climb onto the bed from the foot of the bed; good water pressure in the shower; bus to/from the airport stops two blocks from the hotel; no ramp for suitcases at hotel entrance-need to lift the suitcases up a few stairs. Overall, great value considering the cost of hotels in Switzerland in general."
