"We come to Ballys every year and this is our first time using Expedia. The process was smooth, the room was great and clean, not bad of a view! The only thing that wasn’t great was the guy who came to get our luggage when we left, he was rude and questioned our tip because it wasn’t enough. He argued with us for a little and then left. Strange experience! Other than that the stay was great!"

From location to the room (even what they call a value rom was better than my room at the expensive Borgata hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel and even your kids will have a ball.
