"Just stayed 3 nights here with a friend. Standard room is small, but has what you need. Breakfast is good. I wouldn’t stay here again because of the bell tower. It rings starting at 6 AM weekdays, 7 AM on Saturday and 7:30 AM on Sunday. I don’t remember reading about this in reviews. If you stay anywhere near the palace, you’ll be up early. "

"Staff is very helpful. Old town is close and so are a couple of beaches. They are both walkable if you like a challenge for walking. I recommend driving or taking Uber. Lots of parking in both areas. "

"Hotel Mondo is a clean functional modern hotel with a large dining hall and indoor swimming pool and a gym next door, a supermarket is also located very near the site which came in handy for every day items I needed. Although the hotel isn't bang central to the main tourism area (although not that far) it does help you get a good feel for Split and what its about which is quite important to me "
