Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Split

8/10 Good

"The hotel was lovely but we were disappointed by the near by construction work and noise and would like to have known our room would be impacted before we booked. All staff were great, breakfast was good, buffet was nice although pricey and we were told they ‘didn’t have tap water’! Given we were ordering other drinks we didn’t think it was a big ask! There is a complimentary bus into Split, the staff also were helpful before our stay in recommending a tour operator that would pick us up from the hotel. This was great for the early starts we had visiting Plitvice and Dubrovnik. We used the airport pick up service (65 euros each for 2 people each way), uber would have been a lot cheaper and I think a normal taxi too in hindsight. Overall though, we had a great stay and I would recommend it but try to avoid the room in old building."

"Such a warm welcome from reception staff which as a solo traveller was greatly appreciated. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The Spa facilities were a real treat and included within the price so as well as using the spa later in the day I also managed a swim before breakfast. The beaches aren't great so the roof top pool (although more of a dipping pool than a swimming pool) and bar was a haven with a wonderful view. The room was spacious, clean and tidy and spare towels provided at roof top pool and spa. I also enjoyed a great deep tissue massage. The hotel offers everything you need and felt a real treat. It's a bit out.of the main hub-bub of Split (about 25 mins walk) so as long as this is what you want then perfect.. thoroughly recommend."

"Checkin was really simple. Host was very quick to reply to all of my messages and even helped me with my luggage on my last day which was really helpful. Room was very clean. Fridge, kettle and hairdryer in the room. The apartment was 30 minute walk from Split centre (up and downhill), and 20 minute walk from znjan beach (there is a side gate for direct access down to the beach, although quite a lot of steps). Unfortunately I booked a last minute trip just days before and I chose the room without balcony thinking it had a terrace, my fault for not looking properly. However it didnt come with any outdoor space or a decent view (our room looked out onto cars and the pathway). The hospitals helipad is literally next door to the apartment and my partner was woken up multiple times everynight by the noise. So i would recommend taking ear plugs or speak to the host and find a room on the other side of the building to reduce noise. Theres no welcome tea and coffee in the room but that wasnt an issue for me as we dont drink it, but its something to be aware of. The last point I would like to mention was that our fridge was never cold, we restarted it and made sure it was on max power but our drinks always felt a bit warm. I didnt mention this to the host as we were out from morning til night time, I have informed them now so it should be sorted soon. I would stay here again but book a better room as the host was really helpful and location was good."

"I stayed in a suite at this hotel. Our room had a queen bed, a sofa bed, and another sofa. My sons slept on the sofa bed and extra sofa. They said it was ok, but not very comfortable. For one night it was fine. The beds in the next room, where we were, were very comfortable. You can separate these two areas with a sliding door for privacy, which we appreciated. The hotel is very close / walkable to the ferry terminal and old town. An uber or Bolt ride there from the airport was about 30€, a taxi would have been 40€ (June 2026 prices). The hotel included breakfast, but the 2-in-1 shampoo / soap was not great, but the shower itself was very good. A pharmacy on the corner offered high end hair products that solved that issue for me. There was a hairdryer in the room. Breakfast is included. We enjoyed eggs, croissants, and tea/coffee/juice before going out for the day to explore. The location was very convenient for catching a ferry or exploring old town."
