Lovely room with view of ocean near to port and shuttle bus to airport. Does have stairs so luggage has to be carried up 3 flights. Construction in front of hotel at present but still very quiet. Restaurants and coffee bars nearby. Very secure and safe. Enjoyed our stay.

Great location for harbor and beach access!

The Dream Luxury Rooms were clean and upgraded/very modern. The directions to enter the room were clear and easy to understand. It is in a great center location. Easy to catch a Blue Cave Island tour.

Lovely room and bathroom, great view. Getting the luggage up and down the stairs was difficult without a lift. We were able to leave our bags in the secure hallway before the afternoon checkin time and that worked well for us. The building itself is relatively old, but the room was super. Very convenient for the beach, the port and the old town.

Tis is a great property in a convenient location. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The only detail I would make people aware of is that there is no lift. You have to carry your luggage up 4 flights of stairs.

Our room was very beautiful! It was a little difficult getting our suitcases up for flights of stairs, but we managed. The AC was heavenly! We loved our king-size bed and the duvet covers, which were very comfortable. We had an awesome stay in Croatia! The hotel management was very attentive to our needs. We emailed them to ask for more towels and got them the very next day. Everything was wonderful and I highly recommend this property!

I arrived earlier than check-in and the cleaner was there and so lovely!! She didn’t want me waiting so she had me come in and the bed was prepared so had me sit and got me water while she finished up. So sweet and helpful after 10+ hours of travelling. The beach is right next door so it took 1 minute to walk and relax and enjoy the view. Entry was easy and building was very safe with 3 codes to get to your room. The city centre with walking tours, food etc was a 15 minute walk at most. Room was perfect with coffee and fridge and safe etc. The only hard part were the stairs. I travelled alone with quite a bit of luggage (too much lol) and I had to make 3 trips up several flights dragging the bags. I was exhausted BUT there isn’t anything they can do about it and I think as long as you’re capable I wouldn’t let it deter you. Good exercise lol.

Clean, beautiful room. Great location being right by a beach and quick walk down to the town centre. Also right by bus station and dock so don’t have to take your things to far. However, no elevator so had to lug my bags up several sets of stairs. Not being a hotel, there is no other facilities or staff readily available. However if you’re just after a clean, nice room in a good location I recommend it!

In a great location for the beach. Walkable. Close to the ferry terminal. Very well appointed room. Comfortable bed. We paid for a beach view room and were given a room on the opposite road side without explanation. As there is no reception desk at the property we heard from them regarding the room after check out the following day. Nothing more was done.

The good: The room is located in a very walkable area of Split between the city center and Bacvice. The room was up to date and had all the necessary amenities. The bed was also quite comfortable. The bad: The room smelled overwhelmingly of cigarette smoke even though there are “no smoking” signs posted on the premises. I informed the owner of this during our stay and he said that maybe it was smoke drifting in through the window. It was not. The smell of cigarette smoke was so ingrained in the room that multiple guests have likely smoked in this room before. I hope the owner actually addresses this problem instead of making more excuses.

Located in a traditional European walk up apartment, this very clean suite had a great view of Bačvice…although construction next door might soon obscure it…The location was excellent, with the beach within 100m and all options available from the old fortress within a short walk. The ferry terminal to connecting islands of Bol and Hvar is very convenient, as is the train and bus station. The effort to provide a comfortable stay is evident throughout the suite, but the only issue is the entrance and hallway lighting…be prepared with either a flashlight or iPhone light if arriving after sunset. The stairs and common areas of the building are dark, and if you are unfamiliar with the area this can be a bit stressful. There are hallway light switches that can be activated, but you must know where they are and how to use them! Overall a great place and great stay!

We wanted a one night stay as we had an early ferry to Dubrovnik booked for the next morning. Dreams is ideally located, being just uphill from the port. It also has a beach area on one side if you want this. Instructions for getting into the room were clear we had everything we needed, including a nice coffee machine 😊
