"Problems with the shower that they have known and not fixed ( tub spout)"

"Ordered room service and they forgot items. Called customer service and talked to the restaurant directly and I still never got my items AND was charged for the entirety of the order. Key cards kept getting deactivated and had to visit the desk more than once. Shuttle was great and timely. Questions asked were always met apart from the situations above."

"I had to check out early before breakfast so I don’t know what the breakfast was like.The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. My only negative comment is coffee wasn’t available to guests in the lobby only at breakfast on the top floor. There was a coffee maker in the room, but the coffee and the powdered creamer were terrible"
