"Staff always friendly and ready to help."

"I was able to get upgraded due to the receptionist noticed it was my actual birthday. It started my birthday off with a smile. My kids stayed in a double on the same floor while my boyfriend and I stayed in a king right down the hall. It was perfect!!! The bar staff was friendly and very accommodating. The only crazy thing that happened was a fire alarm that was activated the next morning. There was some confusion among the other guests on where to go to evacuate without using the elevator. By the time we all found the stairs the alarm stopped. We returned to our room and saw the fire trucks turn around outside. There was an announcement which I assumed was the all clear. But other than that it was such a great stay. We have already planned to come back this month. I highly recommend."

"We always enjoy our stay at the Hyatt. The beds are comfortable and the amenities are great. Love that it’s connected to the mall but that’s also a double-edged sword because of getting into the parking lot. Luckily, the Hyatt has their own space! Thanks again for a great stay!"
