"Our stay was relaxing and peaceful which was very much needed as we were exhausted every day from sightseeing in DC. Room was clean and comfortable for our family of 4. The location was perfect and just a 5 minute walk to get to the Metro station. There was also convenient grocery store next door as well as a CVS and Starbucks. "

The evening reception has several mixed drinks you could chose from, beers, wine, and light snacks. The hot tub was nice and hot. The pool was warm. The front staff and house cleaning were accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and large enough to spread out our bags. The location is right above a metro which made travel to the national mall easy. There are several good restaurants within walking distance. Trader joes is in the same building so you can grab snacks for the room. Overall, one of the best hotels Ive stayed in. I would definitely recommend for families. "

"I chose this hotel because it was very convenient due to its proximity to the Chinese Embassy, ​​where I had to go to handle some paperwork. It is an average hotel in fair condition; the rooms are dated—as is the furniture—and the doors are slightly damaged. Some fixtures are old and loose—such as the main door lock—but it wasn't entirely bad. I would give it three stars."
