"I stayed with my family and a 4 year old. It was absolutely fantastic. Staff was on point very gentle and professional always smiling. From security to front staff to everyone who works there. The hotel was spotless. Lovely clean pools. Life guards always at hand. Breakfast was in abundance. Always lots to choose from. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone and family and friends. The room was hugh. Very spacious. Quite private. Everything worked in our room. Very hot water beatiful pressure. Bath and shower. Was very much nothing to fault about. A shuttle service from hotel to medina....every two hours. I will be back...when time permisses."

"The location is perfect to walk to any of the main tourist attractions, Souks, Medina, and a local shopping square. The staff and hospitality was fantastic. They can help you arrange anything. "Sweet place, tucked away at the end of an alley (not directly accessible by car, but the hotel staff comes on foot to meet you from where the taxi drops you off, and helps you carry your luggage back to the taxi at the end.) Everything is built around a beautiful courtyard where you eat your meals, and there are stairs that lead you up a few flights to a really cool, eclectic-feeling rooftop with a small enclosed pool, which is great for views and listening to the call to prayer and working/relaxing on the sun loungers. It’s very nice but not “luxurious”, but it’s priced well and the service is what really makes this place. Everyone is so kind and eager to help in any way they can. They have a little restaurant and will cook you anything you order from scratch on the spot (!). They also have a small spa where I got a wonderfully relaxing massage for cheap! Overall, this place feels like a calm and safe little oasis in a crazy busy and slightly overwhelming city! Can’t wait to come back."

"Exceptional. The villa is beautiful and all the staff as lovely. All speak perfect English and can not do enough for you. When our air conditioning stop we were taken to a new room immediately and helped to move. The breakfast is plentiful and the evening meal was delicious and extremely flexible. Highly recommend. "The service at this Riad was exceptional. From greeting and checking us in, checking in to make sure everything is okay and making sure breakfast is available for the time we were starting our day. They even set up something small for us on the day we were leaving at 7am. The rooms are clean, spacious, the bathrooms are great and the rooms are cleaned each day. The area is also very nice and walkable. It's beside a meat market but you'll only notice it when walking to and from the hotel. It's very easy to walk into the souks area and the square. I'd highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to stay in Marrakech."
