"We did not have a very good experience. Although the staff was pleasant, professional and friendly, it’s not enough to make up for this property’s shortcomings. Our bathroom’s tub had rust stains on the tub floor which were very noticeable and looked disgusting. The handle to the hot water faucet was very loose and fell off numerous times. Also, the cord to our room’s telephone receiver kept falling out, cutting off the connection. We were traveling with an 89 year old family member, who does not use a cell phone, so the room phone was a necessity. For the amount of money we paid and for this being a Hilton property, our stay was very disappointing. We will not be returning. Hope others have better experiences."

"Rooms were clean. Staff was pretty decent unaware of certain things that’s happening on their property like the parking handicap especially not knowing certain criteria of charging people’s card on multiple occasions. Staff needs a lot of training. Moving forward to stay was nice. The rooms are comfortable safe place for family, but surrounded up the staff needs to be a little more attentive to the people that are parking where their parking and their guest that’s there."

"This was a disappointing hotel. While the suite was spacious, the whole building smelled like dirty laundry or unwashed people, including our room. There were lots of stains on the carpet both inside and outside of the suite, and I suspect it is the source of the smell. The large stain outside the door of our room set the tone for the interior. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The bedroom curtains do a very poor job of blocking out the parking lot lights, so my partner, who is sensitive to light, needed to wear an eye mask to sleep. The couch was a horror - filthy looking, and sunken. The caulking in the bathroom would have looked better if it had been applied by a blind person with a broken stick. We ran into friends who, surprisingly, turned out to be staying at the same hotel. We were all in agreement that this place gives flophouse vibes; "what a dump" was the phrase of the night. I am giving it two stars because the staff was polite and I didn't see any bedbugs or roaches. But I would not choose to stay here again unless the hotel has a major renovation."

"The facility is presently being renovated so there are no amenities, the restaurant/bar is closed, no gym... etc. but the rooms have been renovated and are wonderful."

"This was the 4th time i have stayed there. My room didn't have a place to hang cloths. Bath room didn't have a place for towels. The safety latch was missing from door. Iwould stay there agin but would ask for a different room. "

"Went for breakfast and every table was dirty and the food counter. Worker was too busy on her phone and eating in the kitchen. Workers from the construction site are housed here and parking is crazy. We’ve stayed here many times but now it’s time to find a new place. Area has gotten well overdeveloped."

"We were not happy with the rate we had to pay!! Considerably more for two weekend nights when months ago we paid much less and if I booked for the next weekend it went back to the lesser amount. Will be looking for another hotel if this happens again!!!"
