"We arrived on a Friday night and the A/C was working great however, it stopped sometime in the night and it was 80F when we woke up. It was at 68 for sleeping. The next morning maintenance came to the room and reset the unit. and it worked fine for Sat. night. Sunday night it happened again. This time it was 77 @ 1:30am. so hot we had to switch rooms right then. It was a nice upgrade and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. There is some maintenance to be done and hopefully things like A/C units will be near the top of the list. They did have a bar in the lobby. It would be nice to see that again. A nice frosty one after a day of sightseeing would be a highlight. Would we stay here again? YES"

"I got the suite with a pullout bed, a kitchen area with a dishwasher, and a great view of the city. The room was clean, and the staff was amazing, from the valet to the front desk staff to the bartender. I went on a busy weekday due to a concert, and there were no issues. Would definitely stay again!"
