"The front desk employees were amazing during check in and check out! The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good. There was a nice selection and everything we had was delicious. Room was as described and clean. The shower only had hot water around 10pm, in the morning was rather cold. The couple in the room next to us began fighting around midnight. We could hear everything they were yelling and crying. Had to call security and they finally stopped after an hour. However the loud sobbing & arguing started again around 6am. It made for a lack of sleep, but nothing that the hotel could control. Just be warned the walls are thin! "

"There was a problem in the elevators during my 2 full days stay, the light was really fade in the floors and the unit, I went for a work and the light was not enough to keep me awake I ended up working in the hotel restaurant's area"

"It was a decent hotel, there were some noticeable maintenance issues, but is located right next to the hospital and lots of sirens. But, for the price it was just fine."

"I absolutely enjoyed my stay. I stayed here for a conference at the Convention Center. It's about a 10 minute walk, or you can use ride share to commute. The overall hotel was extremely nice, breakfast was good, and staff was friendly. My only complaint was the air conditioning/heat in my room wasn't working. Thankfully it wasn't too hot or cold while I was there so it didn't truly bother me. Although there was one afternoon I returned to a stuffy room due to the cleaning staff turning on the dishwasher trapping heat in the room. The maintenance staff tried to fix the unit, but it wasn't fixed by the end of my four night stay. I was offered a new room, but it wasn't comparable to my suite so I declined. Overall, I would still recommend this location and when I return to Denver, I will book again."

"Tiny rooms. I have seen bigger Walk-In closets. There literally is not enough for him to have your suitcase open and walk around in the room. The rooms are pretty. The hotel is really beautiful. If you don't want to pay $65 a night to to valet Park, there are two parking lots real close. I probably would not stay at this hotel again even though it's pretty just because the rooms are so small. "
