Loved the unique design of each room and the location made it easy to get to major points of interest in Denver. My only complaints are that the AC wasn’t the best and the bed and pillows weren’t very comfortable

This property is so unique--a charming building in a great location. The unit itself was tidy and so well-stocked. We couldn't believe how much thought was put into customer convenience and service. The property is self-check-in, but that was not an issue at all. We were able to store our luggage on site securely before our check-in time. We had text and phone contact with the staff, who were extremely friendly and accomodating. We liked the Acoma House so much, we extended our stay. It was also more than half the price of the local hotels, so can't beat that.

This little hotel was phenomenal. Would absolutely stay here again. Everything about it was artful and charming and fun. The retro fridge was my favorite thing ever. It was super clean, super convenient to get where we needed. 10/10 Of note, I probably wouldn’t stay here with kids just because of the very limited space.

Very artsy and fun, colorful; nice industrial feel to building. Cozy rooms, priority is the artsiness over function for a lot of room amenities (furniture, space, dishes, room layout, etc., e.g., biggest space to set anything on was the coffee table, top of microwave and top of fridge). Great place to stay if that's what you like, and good food across the street @ Storybook Cafe.

We loved this hotel! The rooms are beautiful and there's incredible art everywhere in the hotel Design and all the things they added to the rooms were incredible cutest little kitchen, and an espresso machine with eco friendly pods.

-Super cute rooms and nice neighborhood - I felt comfortable walking home at night. -I didn't have any issues with street noise and I was on the ground floor. I did hear the people staying upstairs walking around, and it was loud enough to disturb my sleep (with earplugs and white noise, though I'm a light sleeper). -Staff was very responsive by text but there is no front desk on site - you can only message them. They accommodated an early check-in request and handled the noise issue beautifully. -Room was very clean and well maintained. There's not quite enough counter/surface space for my liking but otherwise excellent.

An absolutely charming property with an artsy vibe, steps away from the Denver Art Museum complex and across the street from a converted school featuring a cafe, beer garden and small shops. The room was comfy, clean and fun. The absolute abundance of dishes for such a small space was comical, but the microwave/fridge set up was nice to have. Pretty good pod coffee too. Don't miss out on the bottom floor with an atmospheric small table area great for eating take out, and a large conference room area to stretch out on a sofa and read. The best feature may be the free lockers in the basement for when you check out but your flight leaves at 9pm. We secured our luggage and did some more exploring, then came back and grabbed our things for the airport. Be aware that you are on the very edge of a gentrifying neighborhood, so choose your walking paths intelligently.

Great hotel

Very nice condo type hotel room. Beautifully panted murals On the building and in each room in the hall. Had a nice little kitchenette set so you could prepare some meals. The bed was extremely comfortable and had nice air conditioning. I enjoyed my stay here very much will return.

Loved the eclectic nature of the building and rooms. Could have had a few extra amenities; toaster, Kleenex, info items such as coffee maker.. pick up pods..vs grounds. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend to others and return again.
