"Check in is listed at 4pm we arrived at 4pm did not get a room or check in until almost 6 there was no rooms we had to sit at the beach with our food with our 4 kids until they stated they would call they never did we called at 6 to check they were not helpful and wasn’t very accommodating they checked us out at 8am after my husband went down to see if something would be done about the late check in check out is at 11 they said no comp would be given so we was in the room getting packed up and the housekeeper walked right in dissent knock or anything I would never stay here again there are many hotels and resorts along the beach please choose another one this is why we are Hilton members wanted to give this place a chance"
